On OutdoorTactics website You can place orders with or without a registered customer account. Benefits for registered customers are - faster checkout, view order status, and history, special offers and easier communication.
To place an order on OutdoorTactics website You have to choose an item from the available catalog and pick the correct options if they are available (color, amount, size ect.). Pressing "Add to Cart" will take You to the checkout page. There You can choose to create a customer account or place an order without making an account. After filling the required information, please, double check Your order before finalizing it.
Choosing items on the website, please, pay attention to the item description, specification and evaluate if it fits your size, needs, and purpose. If needed we advise You to consult the OutdoorTactics team to help You choose the correct item. You can also visit our store, if You want to buy something that should be tried on before purchase, such as backpacks.
Payment in cash or by card
You can pay for Your order in cash or by card at OutdoorTactics store in Riga. Keep in mind that this payment option is only available when You choose to pick up Your order at the store.
After confirming Your order You will receive an invoice. You can pay it at Your convenience, but no later than 48h after receiving it. To ensure faster payment processing, when making payment write only order number in payment notes! If You have chosen delivery we will ship Your order only after full invoice payment has been received.
After we have received Your payment and processed Your order, we will send you an email and we will change Your order status on the website (only for registered customers).
Receive order In-Store
- Costs: NO ADDITIONAL COSTS
- Place: www.outdoortactics.eu store, 88 Tallinas street
- Time: business days from 11.00 -19.00 and Saturdays from 11.00 - 16.00
Receive in OMNIVA parcel machine
- Costs: 4 eur (Latvia-Latvia) and 10 eur (Between Baltic States)
- Place: 500+ places across The Baltic States
- Time: Available 24h a day and any day of the week
- Especially good option if You are looking for the cheapest delivery option and parcel machines are nearby.
- Limitations: Max item size 39 x 38 x 64 cm up to 30 kg.
Delivery using a courier
- Costs: costs can change depending on weight and delivery location
- Costs: 15 eur (within Territory of Latvia)
- Location: any location of Your choosing in Latvia
- Time: Business days. The courier will contact You to arrange delivery details.
- This is the best option if You live far away from major cities or the item is very large/heavy.

Max item size: length of one side1,5m, the sum of diameter and length of the side is 3m. Max weight is 3kg.

Delivery times from store in Riga or warehouse in Estonia
Delivery with Omniva parcel machine usually takes 2-4 days, except Sundays. Sometimes it can take a bit longer, however, we will notify You about that. Also, You will have a delivery tracking code to track Your parcel.
Delivery with a courier usually takes 3-5 business days. Sometimes it can take a bit longer. In that case, You will be informed. The courier will contact You to specify the delivery time.
Delivery from manufacturer
If the item is not available in Riga or Estonia, You can make an order from the manufacturer through us if the item is in stock at the manufacturers' warehouse. Delivery time will be specified with the customer.
The items purchased at the online store www.outdoortactics.lv and www.outdoortactics.eu, in accordance with Paragraph 19 of the Rules of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia "Regulations on the distance contract", can be returned by the consumer within 14 days from the receipt of the goods. At the same time, it should be noted that the eleventh paragraph of Article 12 of the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states: "The consumer is liable for the decrease of the value of the goods if the goods are used for a different purpose, and not for the clarification of the nature, characteristics, and activities of the goods".
If you decide to return the item to the store, you have to cover the shipping costs. We expect that in this case, you will only try the product for size, check its ability to operate and return the product you received, including packaging and protective films. If, because of your actions, the value of the item will be reduced, we reserve the right to deduct this value from the amount repaid.
For hygiene reasons, we do not change or accept:
Thermal underwear, T-shirts, polo shirts, underwear, hats, socks, gloves, scarves, balaclavas, shoes and accessories.
If you wish to return the item purchased in the online store, please fill in the Product Return Form.
When an item is returned, we perform an item check and for that, we reserve 5 business days.
All items that can be purchased on outdoortactics.lv and outdoortactics.eu website complies with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. The guarantee of a product defect for natural persons is 24 months. For some products, the warranty period may differ from the law, if such period is provided by the manufacturer.
Sold As Is items and items that are discounted because of defects and sold as is cannot be returned, exchanged and have no warranty. Keep in mind that such items cannot be purchased via the online store.
If there is a defect in the production of the item, please come to the OutdoorTactics.Eu Store, with the original purchase documentation and the damaged item in its entirety.
Warranty will be declined in these cases:
Purchase documentation (receipt) is lost;
There are defects in the item that have arisen due to inappropriate use;
The product care was not done in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements;
The item shows unauthorized signs of repair;
The item is naturally worn out (even if the warranty period has not expired);
Applications for the manufacturer's warranty are not complied with if the consumer has made a mistake in choosing size, color or model.
